Time to hit the US again!

Following a few of weeks in the UK it's time to head off again!

After a long flight, a stop over in LA, I drive south from Salt Lake City to the desert to a small place called Moab.  Here I am planning to do some climbing, hiking and anything that involves water, crags, mountains and canyons!

These were some of my first views of the landscape in Moab - simply amazing!

White Water Kayaking

After the Rock Climbing it was time to head for the water! 5 days of White Water Kayaking on some fantastic rivers in Scotland!!!

Rock Climbing - Scotland

After a few days at home I headed for Glenmore Lodge in Aviemore. The journey took approx 7 1/2hrs on the train, which seems long, but was actually ok.

I was booked on an 'intro to rock' course with 3 others, as I have never climbed before. However, by day two we were leading on a "Hard Difficult (VD)' route at Kingussie Crag, which I was chuffed with!

Great time had by all!!!
